Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before 24 Hours & Before Order Status “Ready to Ship”
    Orders can be cancelled without any charges.

  • After 24 Hours or Once Order Status is “Ready to Ship”
    Order cancellation requests will not be accepted.


Conditions for Return or Replacement

When can I request a return or replacement?

  • Wrong Product Delivered:
    If you receive an incorrect product, you must raise a return/replacement request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Expired Product:
    If the product delivered is expired, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.


When will return or replacement requests NOT be accepted?

  • Late Requests:
    Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

  • Opened or Used Products:
    Products that are opened, used, or unsealed are not eligible for return or replacement.

  • Damage Due to Misuse:
    Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse are not eligible.


Documentation Requirement

To process any return or replacement request, customers must share clear images or videos of the product showing the issue. This helps us verify the concern and improve our service quality.


Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders, approved refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account/card) within 7 working days.

  • Please note that PM SHREE OIL AND SPICES primarily offers replacement for manufacturing defects. Refunds are generally not provided unless required under specific circumstances.

  • All return or replacement requests must be initiated within 24 hours of product delivery.


Steps to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.

  2. Select the relevant order and click on Request Return/Replacement within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Allow up to 2 business days for our team to review your request and provide further instructions.


Delivery Attempt Failure

If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order during the first delivery attempt, additional charges may apply or the order may not be eligible for refund.
